Once payment of an invoice is confirmed and cleared, the item purchased will be processed and packed for delivery within 2 working days from the date payment is cleared.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies as determined by Vanguard. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Vanguard.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Vanguard handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If valid returns are approved and accepted and we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. All other refunds and amounts to be refunded will be processed depending on the condition of goods returned and received by us. Refunds will be processed promptly by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Vanguard.
Vanguard will offer a refund to the extent required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time frame. Vanguard does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of wrong orders placed or a change of mind or a change in your personal circumstances or goods damaged or becomes inoperative as a result of negligence or lack of care or contrary to instructions or guide in the handling of the goods.
